Campaign Director 

The Campaign Director is charged with growing and strengthening relationships with a select group of organizations and employee market segments within those organizations.  The position objectives are to maximize the giving growth through a concerted effort to establish and grow meaningful relationships with community leadership, company leadership, key influencers/stakeholders and priority donors in order to retain our current donor base and develop new donor relationships.  (S)he will be responsible for creating and executing short- and long-term account plans for each organization to realize substantial revenue growth.  This outward-facing role requires the candidate to be a leader who has the demonstrated ability to build strong, mutually beneficial relationships.  Click here for full job description.

Donor Communications Specialist VISTA

The Donor Communications Specialist VISTA will support and increase the capacity of the Resource Development team to provide funding for United Way of the Piedmont’s work by effectively engaging donors to increase financial resources, documenting departmental processes and procedures, and contributing to social media marketing.  The VISTA member will also spend 10% of their service participating in a supplemental project designed to foster collaboration and problem solving for (a) community-wide issue(s).  The position requires a diverse and well-rounded skill set including public speaking, design, marketing, ability to work well as a team, and data management.  Click here for full job description.
