Union Uplifted is a community-powered effort to improve outcomes for Union County’s 5,000+ children from early childhood through career. It brings together families, educators, nonprofits, government, and business leaders to tackle barriers, lift up strengths, and shape a future where every child can thrive.

Rapid Resource Grants are an essential part of Union Uplifted’s commitment to change, offering short-term funding to local programs working to improve educational and workforce outcomes.
