Union Uplifted is a community-powered effort to improve outcomes for Union County’s 5,000+ children from early childhood through career. It brings together families, educators, nonprofits, government, and business leaders to tackle barriers, lift up strengths, and shape a future where every child can thrive.

During the Community Engagement & Learning Phase, Union Uplifted partners led 30 community engagement sessions with 700+ participants and 37 community champions.
Rapid Resource Grants
Rapid Resource Grants are an essential part of Union Uplifted’s commitment to change, offering short-term funding to local programs working to improve educational and workforce outcomes. In 2024, these grants empowered efforts with a total of $71,240 in local support, helping neighbors uplift neighbors.
